The team : this project is presented by the architect Jacques Ferrier and Hermitage Immobilier.

The architect : the architectural spirit of the project has been entrusted to Jacques Ferrier, a spokesman for innovative and responsible architecture in relation to sustainable development and urban issues. Jacques Ferrier Architecture is one of the rare fi rms in France to develop research projects in matters of sustainable development. For example, the Concept Offi ce project, undertaken in 2004 with EDF, and the environmentally-aware Hypergreen tower, designed in partnership with Lafarge in 2005, represent true ecological innovation.
Furthermore, Jacques Ferrier is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bâtiment Énergie foundation, created in 2005 to promote European research projects in sustainable development.

The investor : Hermitage Immobilier, subsidiary of the Russian Stroimontage group, is currently developing the “Federation Tower” in Moscow, mixed-use double towers covering 430,000 m² and the highest in Europe at 506 m.
Hermitage and Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, partners in the project, have chosen the international engineering company Turner, already present at the “Federation Tower”, as the contracting authority.

The project : HERMITAGE TOWERS an ambitious and innovative project for La Défense, with the aim of marking the Greater Paris skyline by:
- Its programme: a great diversity of activities, four overall, where luxury accommodation predominates.
- Its dimensions: double high-rise towers reaching 300 m at their highest point and with overall coverage of a fl oor area of 250,000 m²,
- Its objectives: environmental performance and sustainable development
