The team : this project is presented by the Compagnie la Lucette, and developed by Foster+Partners.

The architect :Norman Foster is the architect who designed this project. A renowned architect, he has built on five continents: New York, Vancouver, Tokyo, Shanghai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Moscow, Sydney, London, Madrid, Hong Kong, etc. His creations are diverse and include prestigious company headquarters, institutional buildings such as the Reichstag and works of art like the Millau viaduct.
Norman Foster, through his project for the tour Signal, said that he wanted to promote a noble and humanist project which «reconciles the human and the urban», promoting environmentallyfriendly interaction between the Esplanade and Puteaux.

The investor : the Compagnie la Lucette is a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley Real Estate, one of the largest property owners in the world.

The project : this project intends to contribute to the rebalancing of the skyline of La Défense in favour of its southern side. The project from the Compagnie la Lucette, merely by constructing the tower, joins the new transversal road leaving from the South Gate towards the Esplanade.
The Compagnie la Lucette holds a tower that was built in 1983, called the SCOR tower, which currently backs onto the shopping centre. They propose the demolition of this tower to allow the creation of the tour Signal.
